schmeckt auch lecker!<\/mark><\/strong><br><br>Okay, entweder man mag &#8222;Rote Beete&#8220; oder man hasst sie &#8211; dazwischen gibt es eigentlich nix&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;ich finde den sanften Erdgeschmack in Verbindung mit Waln\u00fcssen und dem Brot einfach nur &#8222;der Burner&#8220;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zutaten &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Rote&nbsp;Beete&nbsp;Walnuss&nbsp;Brot (RBWB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ca. 4 Knollen<\/strong>&nbsp;Rote Beete (mittlere Gr\u00f6\u00dfe)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>220 ml&nbsp;Wasser<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 P\u00e4ckchen<\/strong>&nbsp;Trockenhefe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 TL&nbsp;Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup oder Honig (Ja, es geht auch ganz normaler Zucker!)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>500 g<\/strong>&nbsp;Dinkelmehl&nbsp;<strong>630er<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 TL<\/strong>&nbsp;Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 TL<\/strong>&nbsp;Salz (ca. 20 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>50 g<\/strong>&nbsp;Walnusskerne&nbsp;<em>(Die gibt es bei der Firma die mit &#8222;A&#8220; anf\u00e4ngt und mit &#8222;ldi&#8220; aufh\u00f6rt bereits fertig gepult in Beuteln)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ca. 30 &#8211; 50 g<\/strong>&nbsp;Sonnenblumenkerne zum Bestreuen (nur wer mag!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Zubereitung &#8211;&nbsp;RBWB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vorab schon mal der Hinweis: &#8222;Die Vorbereitung der Rote Beete Knollen ist ein wenig arbeitsintensiv &#8211; Arbeitsschritte wie Waschen, F\u00f6hnen, Legen (Ich fand den gut&#8230;) &#8211; nee, nat\u00fcrlich Waschen, Kochen, Sch\u00e4len, W\u00fcrfeln und P\u00fcrieren erledigt habt, solltet Ihr ca. 300 g Rote Beete Masse erschaffen haben. Ich habe festgestellt, dass nicht zerkleinerte St\u00fccke dabei \u00fcberhaupt kein Problem darstellen und sich als kleine St\u00fcckchen im Brot ganz gut machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun k\u00f6nnt Ihr die Waln\u00fcsse mit einem M\u00f6rser oder irgendwie anders zerkleinern und zusammen mit dem Oliven\u00f6l und dem Rote Beete P\u00fcree vermischen. Dann ab in die Warteschleife bis auch der Rest vorbereitet ist, denn dieser Rest ist beinahe schon Routine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Trockenhefe im lauwarmen Wasser aufl\u00f6sen &#8211; mit dem Zucker sowie dem Salz vermengen und anschlie\u00dfend ca. 15 Minuten stehen lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Mehl abwiegen, in &#8222;the machine&#8220; (K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Mixer, Bohrmaschine o. \u00e4.) geben und mit den restlichen vorbereiteten Zutaten ca. 10 Minuten zu einem homogenen Teig verarbeiten. Da macht das zugucken schon Spa\u00df, weil das Farbspiel so sch\u00f6n ist.
