class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung&nbsp;Grie\u00dfbrot<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eigentlich noch viel einfacher als das Milchreisbrot &#8211; Grie\u00df geht ja viel schneller zu Brei (Pams) mit 75 g Hartweizengrie\u00df, 375 ml Milch mit einer Prise Salz &#8211; aber ohne Zucker:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img abk\u00fchlt k\u00f6nnt ihr schon mal den Rest vorbereiten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>die beiden Sorten Mehl abwiegen und in die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel (from the machine) geben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zucker, Salz und Hefe im lauwarmen Wasser (ca. 375 ml) aufr\u00fchren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst die Mehlsorten sch\u00f6n vermengen und dann erstmal den Grie\u00dfpams dazu geben bevor ihr die restlichen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten dazu mischt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alles zu einem geschmeidigen und eher kompakten Teig verkneten und an einem warmen Ort ca. 30 Minuten gehen &#8211; 15 Minuten gehen lassen und in der Zwischenzeit den Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober-\/Unterhitze vorheizen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter Wasser bespr\u00fchen, ein paar K\u00f6rner drauf (hier Sonnenblumenkerne) und f\u00fcr ca 50 Minuten ab in den Backofen!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie \u00fcblich hol ich das Brot etwa 10 Minuten vor Ende der Backzeit aus der Form und lege es nochmal direkt in den Ofen auf das Gitterrost.
