Das Fl\u00fcssige:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst einmal kommem 520ml lauwarmes Wasser zusammen mit 1\/2 W\u00fcrfel Hefe (21g), 3 TL Salz und 1TL Zucker in einen Beh\u00e4lter und werden verr\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong><em>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Das Staubige:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parallel kommen die Mehlsorten bei mir auch schon mal in&nbsp;<strong><em>&#8222;the machine&#8220;<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;damit sie sich aneinander gew\u00f6hnen k\u00f6nnen&#8230;<strong><em>quatsch<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; Die Gestaltung:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend kommt der nun aufgegangene Teig auf eine leicht gemehlte Oberfl\u00e4che und wird mehrmals gefaltet. Die Backzeit:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den geschlossenen Topf nun in den kalten Ofen stellen und bei 240\u00b0 f\u00fcr 50 &#8211; 60 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>&nbsp;(Bei mir sind es wieder mal 55 min)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><em><strong>8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Das gro\u00dfe Finale:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Den Rest kennt ihr ja schon &#8211; da wird sich auch nicht viel \u00e4ndern:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etwa 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten vor Ende der Backzeit den Deckel abnehmen &#8211; an dieser Stelle schubs ich das Brot sogar komplett aus der Form und lege es nochmal direkt in den Ofen auf das Gitterrost.
